Capacity Building
AYEPO’s capacity building projects and activities aim to empower the young people (high school and university students) with new skills and experiences vital to excel in their studies and become conscious leaders in multicultural professional environments. We also seek to foster cooperation and exchanges among youth, thus supporting them to identify social challenges within their respective communities and assist them to mobilize resources to address those problems. Our programs are focused around the empowerment of young people to initiate grassroots movements of change in their communities. The skills that the youth learn from our programs can also be applied in multicultural and demanding corporate environments.
